The hotel offers a spacious room with views of both Wawasan Bridge and Putrajaya Mosque, equipped with amenities like a weighing scale, iron, and ironing board. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a connecting room despite not being initially arranged. The location is fantastic, near the lake, Putra Mosque, and easily accessible to beautiful scenery, although there were challenges in maintaining SOP. The dining experience, while good with a variety of food and beautiful scenery, could be more home-made and is considered somewhat expensive. Staff members were friendly and excellent overall, though improvements in service capacity and valet organization are suggested.

The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, and it was a pleasure to stay here. Given more time, I would have gladly extended my stay. The views, especially during the daytime from the lake-view room, were simply stunning. The service was impressive, with particular recognition to Mr Shan and Ali for their excellent service. The location is perfect, being in the heart of Putrajaya with a wonderful view facing the lake. The dining options were delicious, although somewhat limited. Overall, a great value for the money with modern amenities and clean facilities.
